Christina Hall teases ‘Christina in the Country’ season finale: “It’s one of my favorite transformations”

The first season of Christina Hall is coming to an end Christina in the country And the finale is teasing. The HGTV show airs its inaugural season finale on Thursdays at 8pm ET.

Episode 6 of the Renovation series comes after a heartbreaking episode in which Hall finds himself renovating his best friend’s sister-in-law’s house. In a social media post before the show aired, Hall revealed that his client Jessica Waldron had died of complications from ALS.

Hall posted on Instagram on Feb. 9, “Watching the disease progress and take over Jessica’s body was the scariest thing I’ve ever seen. “Jessica wanted to remodel her home to make it work for her because of her limitations. mobility, but he also wanted it to be beautiful and something his whole family could enjoy.”

Hall continued, “During the process, he hoped that there would be a cure (he was trying all sorts of treatments) and that he would walk again. I was sensitive to it during the process and also held out hope that a miracle would happen… Unfortunately, November 3, 2022 At the age of 39, Jessica died of complications from ALS and never saw her home rebuilt.”

The episode was dedicated to Waldron’s memory and Hall hoped the show would help “raise awareness for this devastating disease”.
