Environmental activism film ‘Finite: The Climate of Change’ lands UK release and global sales
Exclusive: Feature Documentary Finite: Climate of Change It has secured a UK theatrical release from indie distributor Espresso Media from 15 February. Espresso is handling global distribution, securing sales to Japan ( NHK ) and Estonia ( ERR ). The film is currently releasing in Germany. Directed by climate activist-turned-filmmaker Rich Felget, the film follows concerned citizens of Germany who step up to save an ancient forest from one of Europe’s largest coal mines. However, local citizens also form an unlikely alliance with a desperate community in rural northeast England who are forced to take action to protect their homes from a new opencast coal mine.

Altitude Film Sales Board has been Speedway, a true-crime feature documentary from first-time filmmakers Luke Rinderman and Adam Kamien. The film digs into one of the most puzzling unsolved cases in the United States; Countless evidence and countless theories about how and why four young employees were kidnapped and brutally murdered in 1978 after their closing shift at a burger restaurant in Speedway, Indiana. Altitude will pitch the project to buyers and present the footage to upcoming European film markets.
Keren Shahar, CEO of Cashet International, has set up a senior team
New Cashet International CEO Karen Shahar has appointed her senior team by promoting three direct reports effective immediately. Saar takes over Dor Shahar’s previous role as chief operating officer, Kelly Wright becomes managing director of the newly-created distribution and Gadi Ben-Dror becomes general counsel. Dorr will serve as Shahar’s second-in-command, while Wright’s new role gives him oversight of the sales team and sees him join the Israeli powerhouse’s global leadership team. Shahar took over from Alan Schruzman as Keshet International CEO late last year. “I am thrilled to recognize the hard work and dedication of Saar, Kelly and Gadi to Cashet International that we have already worked together on these three well-deserved promotions,” said Sahar. “They are all ambitious and driven individuals who thrive when pushed to think outside the box.”
