The top 20 movies averaged a 120% increase yesterday due to the theatrical release of original HBO Max R-rated titles on Valentine’s Day, led by Warner Bros. Magic Mike’s Last Dance which led all titles with $1.93M and a five-day cume of $11M at 1,496 locations. Magic Mike 3 A daily gain of 134% since Monday.
That 5-day run was just $1M shy of last Valentine’s Day romantic comedy’s five-day run.marry me, starring Jennifer Lopez and Wayne Wilson, which had a same-day theatrical release with Peacock, the movie grossed $12M, with $3M on Valentine’s Day Monday.
